"Taylor knew how hard it is to get a conviction in an assault case — according to RAINN, out of 1,000 rapes, 994 perpetrators will go free — but she also knew that in order for law enforcement to have a better chance of catching these guys, her assailants would need to leave as much evidence as possible.
