One is a xenophobic woman who has such an emotionally incestuous relationship with her own son that she bothers to needlessly spy on people in a library. That's right. Instead of doing what healthy people do, like volunteer to help kids or read books, she actually has to sit there and take notes on those other people, one of whom he unfortunately came in contact with on a form of public transportation. A far better use of time would be to study up on why a grown man with an abusive streak has public tantrums, can't control his impulses, and tells lies on a regular basis.
