All night with the heating pad...I am glad I had it to help me. I am okay now, but a little scared. I have to travel soon without a heating pad. Pain can make me someone else. I don't want to be too defensive. I want to be who my soul wants me to be. It can be hard to be that person. We feel so alone in our pain sometimes.
