How does it feel to fall through a ceiling

"Though she couldn’t move back to the apartment for a week, Kushner’s property management company, Westminster Management, allegedly only paid for two days in a hotel. The problems, according to the lawsuit, didn’t end there. Two weeks later, a worker on the floor above her fell through the ceiling and landed on her bed. She claims that Westminster has refused to reimburse her for the damages.
She and other tenants with alleged construction woes decided to withhold their rent until they were compensated for the damage. As a result, Kushner Companies sued the tenants, who then countersued."

"Wasjwol shut the eatery down in July, fearing the rigged electric system could result in a deadly explosion.
He is suing for $550,000, while Kushner is countersuing Wasjwol’s company for $48,000 for breaking its lease. That case is still pending."
