People I know who were in places that they were advised to evacuate chose to stay...They are without power, but otherwise they are fine.

People I know who are in places that were supposed to be better are sending pictures of houses with roofs cut in half.

In some cases, I think some people left places to go to a safer place, and the safer place turned out to be more damaged.

In other news, I think I heard someone fly into a rage in a nearby apartment.

I thought, I am so glad I do not live with a raging man. 

Also, I would like to live elsewhere.
