People are confused, daily

I went to go do laundry and as I left, some guy on the bench outside was muttering, with hostility, "Is that a guy or a chick? Probably a fucking guy."

Maybe he doesn't like men very much? I'm pretty sure he doesn't like women who "look" or "act like men." It's also not a stretch to think he would dislike men who act "too girly."   I believe a lot of males have been taught to suppress their female side, and they suffer for it. And I'm sorry to say, it also seems to me that they also inflict unnecessary suffering on others. I'm much less likely to hear a woman muttering something like that, with such dissatisfaction.

But please, confused man outside the laundromat, feel free to share your dissatisfaction with the universe.

It's kind of funny, because earlier, two guys on the bench were talking about how cute it is when little girls dress in tutus.  I wonder if he was one of them. Is this reason to think positive? There are men who like the ideas of little girls in tutus! (Despite that awful article about dads being more likely to take advantage of paternity leave only if they have sons.) Congratulate them on this marvelous, outstanding progress! Even though they may hate the idea of someone not living up to their adult standard of femininity?
