It was a dream

I was party to a male gossip session. In this dream, an individual was making fun of a woman. Just some guys talking next to a bunch of crates, that was the setting of my dream. "If you don't act a certain way, she will be so offended" (that's the very toned-down, watered-down version of what was being said). SIGH. It is a dream that tells me I can take nothing for granted (of course, we never can.) Of course you can be misunderstood. Of course, I will not be the male in the old boy's network gossip session. I will be the fly on the wall listening in, feeling unwell. How could I be otherwise? I'm not a boy.

On the flip side, it's a very empty sort of power. The world, with less "I dominate this little gossip session" could have more "we pushed beyond our lack of similarities and collaborated and created new things." What makes it so easy to forget how to do that? I don't know. Maybe it's the money.
