Here is a clip about something called Dzogchen. In posting it, I'm reminding myself that besides being interested in things like films, music, art and literature, I'm also interested in the forms of spiritual practices that can be found on this planet. From many different backgrounds. Also, after I read my friend's grandfather's obituary and found out that he was known for his great love of nature, I want to remind myself to cultivate that more in my life, too. More Wildflowers.
